The bedroom is the largest bedroom in the house (roughly twice the size of a double room) and has plenty of storage and living space including two large built-in wardrobes with shelving, king size bed with mattress, TV, chest of drawers, dressing area, etc. The en-suite bathroom is spacious and includes a shower, toilet, sink, mirror and storage.

Free off-street parking. Kitchen has all the usual: washing machine, microwave, hob/oven and dishwasher. Rent includes all bills (gas, electricity and wifi internet).

We are a friendly married Christian couple and have married for 9 years. I am a primary school teacher and my husband works in IT. We enjoy cooking, walks, music, keeping fit, watching movies etc.

Our home and area/neighbours are warm and welcoming. The house is fully carpeted with central heating and double glazed windows throughout.

There are plenty of things to do and places to visit such as historic Rochester with its cathedral, castle, boats, river and quaint, cosy shops and cafes. Chatham, Gillingham and Strood provide plenty of shops, amenities and attractions such as cinemas, shopping centres, hospital, university, colleges, banks, post offices, restaurants, cafes and supermarkets (Tesco, Aldi, Sainsburys, M&S) etc.
