**Role: Complex Care Support Worker**

**The person**

We are looking for a *caring* applicant, to work alongside our male client, who suffers with genetic disorder called Duchene Muscular Dystrophy, a condition which causes muscle weakness, therefore, 24 hour care is required

You will be calm and relaxed, a Good communicator, with excellent listening skills, kind and caring in your nature, with a genuine desire to help others.

**The Role**

The job entails complex care provision with the need to maintain clients day to day wellbeing, as well as assisting with personal care, mobilisation, Trachy/peg care - Full training will be provided.

Our client likes going to the cinema, visiting his sister and her family, visiting friends, attending festivals and comic con, and other social events. I need my care team provide me full support to all the care required

**Criteria - Applicants** **MUST**

* Hold a **full clean UK driving** license.
* Be **flexible** to allow cover where needed for staff absences

**The Post**

* £8.15 - £9.74 per hour
* Either Day and night shifts available
* Shard End location
