Are you a confident customer service provider, with call centre experience? If you are looking for a new role in a central location, with great progression opportunities, this could be the role for you!

Our client based in Bristol City Centre is looking for excellent Customer Service Advisors to join their growing team. This is a temporary role initially, with the opportunity to become permanent.

Ideally we are looking for someone with:

* A strong background in call centre customer service
* Calm manner and the ability to control potentially difficult situations
* Empathy and understanding
* Excellent communication, both written and spoken
* Good knowledge retention and the ability to relay appropriate information
* A good level of computer literacy
* Ability to understand and adapt to individuals needs
* Confident telephone manner

You will be working in an open plan, modern office with a small team and senior leader. This central location is easily reachable via public transport.

There are great progression opportunities within the company, with the chance to become permanent and further your career if you choose to do so. Full training is provided and continued professional development is encouraged.

Shifts are between 8am 8pm Monday to Friday, 9am 5.30pm Saturday, amounting to 36h per week. You will not be working every weekend, shifts are assigned by rota and alternate weekly.

Pay rate is £7.50 p/h.
