We are currently searching for Spanish speaking individuals with excellent IT and customer service skills to work with our client, based in the Swindon area.

**The role will :**

* Primarily be focused around first line support; managing technical queries, escalation/complaints for Spanish supported countries. It is therefore imperative that you speak and write Spanish fluently; (it ideally being your native language).
* Involve translating complex technical isssues to the technical support team.

IT Technical knowledge is essential and will require you to have previous IT background experience/knowledge.Your IT knowledge/Skills will be tested, via the companies screening process.

**Previous experience in a technical environment is essential.**

**Pay:** £19,000 a year

**Hours:** Monday - Friday 09:00am - 17:00pm (overtime available).

**Required language:** Spanish
