National Landscape Business specializing in new landscaping projects is seeking an experienced Fencing Team Leader based at their Thames Valley Fencing Division in Reading

Salary upto £25500+OTE dependent on skillset and experience

Continual professional sector training with great potential for continued career progression as regional client base develops

Candidates must be able to work from supplied plans to install various types of fencing to sites to all contractor specs and timescales. Including Close Board, Railings, Post and Rail

Have a proven track record of delivering projects to timescale and budget, delivering high quality finish and have the ability to translate site drawings to landscape delivery on the ground

Ability to plan your teams work load, maximising output and efficiency, take responsibility for materials, plant and tooling, setting and meeting targets and deadlines, and contingency planning

Be an excellent communicator to staff, clients and contractors to promote a positive attitude, acting as a role model to your team, mentoring your skills and knowledge

Ensure works are carried out to the highest standards of quality, with attention to detail to ensure long-term success of fencing installations within budget

H&S for your team, compliance and site risk assessments along with daily maintenance of site, plant and tools

Driving licence, HR and QHSE experience essential with a flexible approach to working hours

Relevent managerial/operational qualifications/CSCS are advantageous
