An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Health & Safety Administrator to join YMCA Trinity Group. In return we offer 20 hours per week, a salary of £8777.60 per annum and 25 days holiday plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time positions).
The Health & Safety Administrator will be responsible for:
* Supporting the Health and Safety Manager in all aspects of Administration
The Health & Safety Administrator role will involve:
* Being responsible for all administration as directed by the Health & Safety Manager
* Maintaining all documentation and databases to ensure information is up to date, this will include information for Risk Assessment, COSHH, Asbestos and Legionella
* Assist in the production of reports for the Board of Trustees and other committees
* Servicing the Health & Safety Committee; producing documents, taking minutes and liaising with committee members
* Assisting the Health & Safety Manager with site visits
The successful Health & Safety Administrator will:
* Have a keen interest in Health & Safety
* Have excellent organisational skills
* Be able to prioritise work to meet deadlines and agreed objectives
* Be able to produce accurate and timely work
* Be able to work on own initiative
* Be computer literate including the ability to work with Microsoft office
Working hours: 20 per week, hours can be flexible
