The Recruitment Officer will report to the Branch Manager and will be responsible for undertaking the administration of the recruitment process of Care Worker's at specified locations, ensuring that people are recruited with the clearances and references in a compliant and streamlined process.
The Recruitment Officer's key responsibilities will include:
* Pre-screening and booking candidates in for interview at their nearest branch
* Processing successful candidates through the recruitment process obtaining all the necessary paperwork and clearances.
* Manage workload to meet KPI's and targets set by your Branch Manager
* Effectively sending out files to the branch network meeting all the compliance standards required.
* Interviewing care workers within the branch office.
* Reporting in to the Branch Manager current recruitment figures and the status of candidate's progress through the recruitment process
* Manage external customer service to ensure the highest level of candidate experience is maintained end to end
* Supporting the Branch Manager in the continuous development of recruitment processes
* Resolving all customer complaints or enquiries relevant to recruitment
* Ensure the legislative compliance of all personal files prior to being transferred to the branches by instigating and maintaining appropriate quality assurance mechanisms
* Regularly update your knowledge on what our governing bodies and internal policies require to maintain compliance.
* Meet performance targets for speed, compliance, efficiency and quality
The successful Recruitment Officer will have:
* Experience of working in an administrative based environment
* Experience of meeting deadlines and working within a framework
* A track record of building positive working relationships with customers to deliver excellent customer service
* Ability to effectively manage workloads to ensure swift, efficient recruitment process
* Solid problem-solving skills
* Excellent computer literacy with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Ability to work to tight deadlines, large volumes, on an on-going basis
* Ability to deal effectively with demanding clients and resolve problems
* Experience of building and maintaining effective and credible relationships both internally and externally
* Solid communication skills and excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
