The flat is in a great location, very close to Kilburn tube and is also on a lovely and quiet residential street. There is ample storage space and it is very spacious for a studio flat with separate kitchen, toilet and bathroom. It is also very light due to the large windows.
I have found the Landlord to be extremely efficient and professional landlords – they always answer my queries very promptly and have always fixed any problems in the flat the same day or the following day. I have really enjoyed living in the flat and I am sad to be leaving!

The studio flat is simply the easiest to live in for a single person or a couple. Situated in a great location. Quiet and spacious with high ceilings, bright with big windows and loads of storage space. It has set the bar high for the next property I move into. Only moving away due to work relocation. All queries and issues during my tenancy have always been dealt with expertly by the Landlord. The service is professional and ensures tenants are looked after well. The whole property is always clean and well maintained.
