We have an exciting opportunity for a Full Time Temporary leading to Permanent Admin Co-ordinator to join a well-established Recruitment Medicals team in Coventry, West Midlands.
The recruitment medicals team is focused upon ensuring the service delivered to our customers is of the highest standard from all areas within the business. Working effectively with individuals, teams and departments in order to maintain customer expectations and improve the quantity and quality of the service provided across all areas.
The key duties of the Admin Co-ordinator will be:
* The role holder will manage an appointment based service ensuring the clinical resource is fully utilised across the business.
* To provide availability for external clients including Royal Navy & RAF.
* Working to meet the SLAs, reflecting the correct and relevant policy, process and procedures at all times.
* The nature of the work requires the role holder to be aware of and comply with the Data Protection Act and Confidentiality Policy at all times.
* Working within a dynamic environment there is a need to demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills, taking a professional approach.
The desirable qualities and experience of the Admin Co-ordinator are:
* Used to working in a fast paced environment
* Good customer service experience (Telephone based)
* Experience of Microsoft package (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Being able to multi-task and prioritise workload
* Good attention to detail
* Team player
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm,
The pay rate will be £7.50ph rising to £8.20ph after 12 weeks.
