We have an exciting opportunity for a Permanent Part Time Service and Sales Adviser to join a well-established Automotive Care Service company based in Hinckley, Leicestershire.

We are looking for an enthusiastic Service and Sales Adviser to join our clients friendly team. On a long term permanent basis this could be a great opportunity for you!

The key Service and Sales Advisors job duties will be:

* To effectively sell their cleaning service identifying and maximising up-sell opportunities
* To meet individual and department targets
* To make customer service bookings
* You will be the first point of contact for the customer as they contact our service department
* To carry out warm client calls to customers already on a data base

The successful Service and Sales Advisor should have the following:

* Enthusiastic and highly presentable you will have a keen eye for detail.
* Excellent communication skills are essential to the role in order to confidently explain the repair process and then book the customer vehicles into one of our Nationwide Service Centres
* Previous experience as a service adviser in the motor trade is essential to this role!

The hours will be Part Time -16 Hours per week and they will be fixed days Thursday & Friday + Saturday (Rota basis) with holiday cover as required.

The annual salary is £18k pro-rata + commission / bonuses
