The Payroll Administrator will become part of the team facilitating the delivery of care and the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by the verification and inputting of timesheets and general office administrative support.
**Duties will include:**
* Produce all Electronic call monitoring Reports as required to specified deadlines
* Highlight and report any anomalies regarding timesheets to the Care Manager
* Assist the Care Manager or Registered Branch Manager in the resolution of invoice queries
* Be the first point of contact for all Care Worker payroll queries
* Action all queries in accordance with company procedures
* Maintain regular contact with Care Workers to ensure that timesheets are submitted by the weekly deadline to avoid delays in pay
* Answering the telephone and dealing with enquiries into the branch in a timely and efficient and professional manner, cascade queries as appropriate
* General photocopying
* Typing general correspondence
* Archiving of files/documents in accordance with company policy
* Taking minutes of meetings as directed by the Registered Branch Manager
* Sickness/holiday cover for other team members
**The successful Payroll Administrator will have:**
* Previous office administration skills
* Excellent IT skills
* Good attention to detail and accuracy
* Willing to undergo an enhanced DBS disclosure, which will be paid for by Mears
This role would suit an Office Administrator, Accounts Assistant or Payroll Clerk.
