Due to unprecedented demand for our products and services, were looking to appoint an experienced Workshop Controller with high levels of mechanical and diagnostic knowledge and experience to work at our vehicle preparation facility on the A5 between Hinckley and Rugby.

The successful candidate will need to:

* Be able to demonstrate excellent vehicle diagnostic skills (Mechanical/Electrical)
* Be flexible to working hours/weekends to cover the needs of the business
* Be well organised and have an ability to prioritise effectively to meet deadlines
* Be a team player
* Be responsible for aspects all of productivity through inspiring and motivating the team of technicians
* Be operationally responsible for the Health and Safety of the workshop and the wellbeing of your team
